Silver Signature

4 cl HÕBE Vodka
1 cl St Germain liqueur
1.5 cl sugar syrup
2 cl fresh lime juice
0.5-0.75 egg white
Lime zest for garnish

Preparations

Filll an old-fashioned champagne glass with ice and set to chill. Pour HÕBE, St. Germain, sugar syrup, lime juice and egg white in a shaker and shake. Pour ice out of the
glass and pour the cocktail into the glass. Garnish with lime zest.
