Benedictine Dom
This mysterious elixir was made more than 500 years ago by the Benedictine monk Don Bernardo Vincelli in the monastery of Fécamp in Normandy, France. Today, the liqueur is made from different herbs and seasoned in oak barrels for two years. The DOM abbreviation comes from the expression “Deo Optimo, Maximo” – “to God, the best, the utmost”. We recommend consuming DOM Benedictine on its own as a digestive.
