Maeloc Sidra Con Fresa

Estrella Galicia brewery was established in 1906 by José María Rivera Corral. The brewery is still owned by the family and run by the founder’s great-grandson José María Rivera.Maeloc was a 6th century bishop from Brittany who travelled to Galicia and founded a settlement there. The Maeloc brand name is an homage to the people who have done and do things their own way but are open to innovation while respecting tradition.

Made 100% from apples, 6% strawberry juice added. Flavoured with yuzu. The apples are grown in Galicia by following the organic farming practices. The natural cider is gluten free and suitable for vegans.

The flavour is sweet, fresh and juicy, you can sense ripe apples with strawberry marmalade and fresh citrus fruits. The aftertaste has hints of sweet berries, with character of ripe tropical fruits and refreshing citruses. The aroma is fruity, you can sense ripe apples, sweet red berries, strawberries-raspberries and some tropical fruits with fresh citrus acidity.

Suitable with spicier Asian foods of roasted fish and crustaceans and Brie-type cheese.
