Mint Leaves
½ Lime
1 Tbsp. Sugar
Crushed ice
Preparation: mix fresh mint leaves and half a lime together. Cover with 1 tbsp of sugar and top with ice. Add 4cl of Bacardi Superior Rum and pour on soda water. Stir well and garnish with a lime wedge and sprig of mint.
