Fresh mint leaves

Preparation: put peppermint leaves, then lime slices and brown sugar and some crushed ice into a highball glass. (If the mint leaves are on top, the cocktail will be bitter.) Crush the lime slices and peppermint tenderly with a mixer. After that, fill the glass with crushed ice and pour molasses and Caribba Rum into it. Mix with a spoon and fill the glass with soda water. Serve with two drinking straws.
