Viru Valge Martini

6 cl Viru Valge
1 cl Martini Dry
Ice
Olive, zest of lemon for garnish

Preparations

Fill a glass with ice. Chill a blending glass, strain the water, add Viru Valge and Martini. Mix properly, empty the glass and fine strain the drink into the glass. Squeeze the oils from a lemon zest onto the drink. Garnish with olive.
