Floridajus
This legendary bohemian aperitif (45-72%) is primarily made from aniseed, wormwood and fennel. This drink, highly popular in 19th-century-France, was especially loved among Parisian artists and writers, who made the beverage notorious by abusing absinthe and creating the supposedly romantic myths surrounding it.
