St.Remy XO
In 1886, the Rémy Martin vineyards in the Charente region of France were badly damaged by phylloxera. In search of raw materials, the very entrepreneurial Paul-Emile Rémy Martin II identified Machecoul where the “Gros Plant” grapes were similar to “Folle Blanche.” The same year, he set up a distillery to produce high-quality brandy. St-Rémy was born!
St-Rémy’s signature style is about roundness, subtlety and a surprisingly long finish for a brandy. The process starts with the selection of a wide range of French grape varieties from the country’s best vineyards: Bordeaux, Burgundy, Champagne, Beaujolais, the Rhône and Loire valleys, and Languedoc-Roussillon. Its style is characterized by a wide variety of vines and terroirs giving complex and diverse aromatic notes!
Multi-award-winning across the globe, St-Rémy XO is a rich and complex brandy. Its French aromatic intensity remains true to the style of the House.
Intense and aromatic. Subtle notes of wood and vanilla are enriched with flavors of gingerbread, candied apricots, dates, figs and nuts. The taste is subtly spicy and offers a long finish.
