Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru

A tribute to tradition. This small-batch gin honours Bombay’s tradition of working with botanicals and focuses on one of the ten distinctive botanicals found in Bombay Sapphire. Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru is made using late-season lemons, hand-picked and peeled before being dried under the Mediterranean sun to capture their most vibrant and aromatic citrus oils.

Rich notes of Murcia lemon give the gin its distinctive character. Each lemon is hand-picked and peeled, then sun-dried to bring out the delicate character of its essential oils. Vibrant lemon is balanced by sweet orange and mandarin, creating an exceptionally smooth and versatile gin with endless possibilities for creativity.
