Bombay Sapphire Gin
Martini Extra Dry
1 olive – stoned and preferably unfilled
Ice cubes

 

Preparation: fill a mixing glass with ice, spay with vermouth and mix briefly. Pour the remaining liquid out, leaving the ice in the glass. Pour the Bombay Sapphire in the glass, mix carefully and serve quickly, the liquid remains icy cold for another 20-30 seconds. Pour in a chilled Martini glass. Garnish as you wish. If you add spiral slices of lemon peel then peel the lemon carefully over the cocktail so that the oil released from the peel drips onto the drink.
