Since 1863, Martini has been bringing people together through the distinctly Italian aperitivo experience.

In creating alcohol-free aperitifs, Martini remains true to the production methods used for its other aperitifs, passed down by its masters from generation to generation. The same high-quality blend of white wines and premium botanicals used in Martini vermouths is used in their production. The alcohol is carefully removed from the wine through vacuum distillation, preserving its authentic aromas and flavour. Rich botanical flavours and aromas are extracted using alcohol in the traditional way and then infused into the alcohol-free wine.

Martini Floreale is a refreshingly light and floral alcohol-free aperitif with notes of artemisia and Roman chamomile.
